By choosing a shipping method, you are asking “The Nickel Mine” to use a third party transporter to deliver your order to you. “The Nickel Mine” makes no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. 

Important: If your shipping information is not complete (such as apartment or suite number) and the package is returned to us. There will be an additional $10.00 to $25.00 shipping charge if and when we re-ship your order. Please check to be sure that we have all your correct shipping information.

nmliquor.com ships products through a third party (UPS). The charges for shipping your package are directly based on the amount that UPS charges us for the shippment of your package(s). Those rates are based on your zip code and are calculated as such. 

Also, please be aware that we use special shiping containers to ship our liquor, if you are requesting the original packaging of the item you have ordered, you must specify this in the "special instrcutions section" of your order. Additional Shiping charges may apply. 

Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the receiver’s ID to ensure he or she is 21 or older. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are unable to be home, we will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center.

Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same or next day, occasionally, demand for limited supplies will deplete our stock of a particular item. Please clarify the shipping date with one of our managers before placing the order via email info@nmliquor.com or by phone 917.554.24.51 before placing the order.

IF any product is damaged during shipping, Please email us so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company. If you receive a liquor that is off-condition, please contact us ASAP.

When purchasing alcoholic beverages the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance with all their state and local laws in regards to the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine/spirits/beer. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of wine/spirits/beer, that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or sales tax within their state and is working through properly licensed intermediaries (where required). All wine/spirits/beer sold are sold in California, the title passes to the buyer in California. The Nickel Mine is not responsible for the importation of wine/spirits/beer into any state outside of California.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
